A guide to Euston | 10 Places to Stay

| Events in Euston
Euston is the first glimpse of London seen by many new arrivals, with its famous station serving as the main terminus for trains arriving from southern Scotland, the North West and the West Midlands. Many travellers choose to stay in the area. It's convenient for delegates attending the recently opened Wellcome Collection Conference Centre in Euston Road, a £30 million venue also including a museum, gallery and library dedicated to health, life and art. Euston's central location ensures that visitors are within walking distance of many popular attractions. A westward stroll along Euston Road leads to all sorts of possibilities - Regent's Park, perhaps, or the West End. The road's eastern route passes the British Library on the way to King's Cross and St Pancras. Setting off in another direction from Euston, Eversholt Street follows a north-west course into Camden, with its colourful markets and uproarious nightlife, while a south-east amble along Upper Woburn Place takes the walker into the elegant squares and historic literary atmosphere of Bloomsbury. Euston Road stretches between Marylebone Road and Pentonville Road, Islington, which are equally worth exploring. Excellent bus and tube services, and street taxis, link Euston easily with all of London's greatest sights.
