Born 1923 - Scottish actress, comedienne and impressionist.


Made first appearance in Savoy Cinema, Glasgow at 13. Appeared in many radio variety series, achieving own series on Radio Scotland in 1949. Film debut in Floodtide (1949) and stage debut in Mr Gillie at Kingís Theatre, Glasgow (1950). Well known for impression of Margaret Thatcher on television and radio during 1980s.
