Born 1962 - Actor, comedy writer and satirist.

Studied zoology at the University of Bristol. Began his career on radio as a trainee for Radio Cambridgeshire. In 1994 he appeared on the television series The Day Today, based on his radio show On The Hour. He became well known for the spoof current affairs show Brass Eye. This and subsequent shows covered many controversial topics including paedophilia, infant mortality, incest, rape, suicide and sadomasochism.
