A very peasurable visit to Llandudno on the North Wales coast. The hotel has obviously undergone a lot of refurbishment work in recent months and we found the cleaning to a very high standard. The breakfast was generous and very enjoyable. We spent many an evening enjoying a drink sat on the front terrace admiring the view and will book again and recommend to all we can.

Looks good on the net but avoid unless you like a room where the carpets are filthy, spotted and not hoovered and dust builds up day after day in your room. The beds were comfortable and made everyday but the bedding was stained and the furniture was falling apart. The handbasin and bath were cleaned daily but the toilet was not and I had to mend the flush handle myself. The extractor fan in the inside bathroom was not working which is illegal . Good breakfast but plates stuck to the paint finish on the table.
