Bad customer service visiting the toy section upstairs - overpriced autographs you can obtain cheaper elsewhere...Seller was more interested reading his book..

Good Points: Staff were friendly and very cooperative
Bad Points: Water was cold when my wife wanted a bath late afternoon

This is one of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed in the rooms are very nice, every member off staff very helpful and pleasant, the breakfast is excellent it definitely keeps you going for the day (especially if you are cycling most of the day). This is our third time at this hotel 97, 98 & 2007 and we would definitely stay here again.
The power showers our brilliant.
