At Optique, I was told I couldnt be given my contact lens prescription without a dye test and I couldnt have a dye test without specs. I had no specs and was about to move abroad (in a couple of days) so I agreed to buying glasses. But at Optique they seem extremely expensive. The lenses alone were 260 pounds so eventually I cancelled the order for the frames one hour later and even though it was only one hour after my order, they told me I couldnt cancel the order for the lenses. I dont feel that was very satisfactory customer service.

Bravo!!! I found the staff here to be very helpful and was very impressed with the large selction of frames.
Would recommend anyone in need of and eye doctor to visit.
