This is a superb little restaurant, run by a charming couple, which is without a doubt the best in leamington. The menu is frequently changed and is just the right size that you always find something you like. Excellent service, and although you may not feel up to it, the desserts are to die for!

We visited this fantastic little restaurant to sample the lunchtime menu which was top notch. The food served was evening meal quality and taste at lunch time portions and price. Excellent service as well and was interesting to see the chefs at work. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Leamington to pay Restaurant 23 a visit.

What a fantastic restaurant! I loved both Pearl and Claridges and chef/owner Peter Knibb has clearly brought the high standards of these fine establishments with him to Leamington! The service at Restaurant 23 was friendly and efficient and the menu was really inspired. The seared tuna for starter was perfectly cooked and melted in the mouth and the red mullet for main was really tasty and accompanied by a generous portion of vegetables marinated in saffron. The chocolate marquise was one of the best desserts I have ever tasted and rounded off an excellent meal! The rest of my party of four all thoroughly enjoyed their meals too and considered it to be excellent value for money. It's great to have a restaurant of this calibre on our doorstep and we will definitely be returning soon.

What a find! This should be the model for all small restaurants - short well varied menu, relaxed and stylish interior with professional friendly staff. The chef came to our table to ask if we had any questiona about the food. All in all a lovely meal - three couses each for £30 per head. Well worth it.
