We have been regular patrons of this fine restaurant for over 14 years. Never been disappointed and we find the atmosphere really good. Contrary to other reviews we have never found any staff to be anything other than professional, helpful and polite. Shame Mr and Mrs "Hi-life" didnt have a good experience. Must have been the last staw after a heavy day cashing in all those penny off vouchers at tesco! Great place - great staff - great food!

Had some wonderful food at this restaurant, but been let down on a couple of occasions recently by the appalling attitude of staff when trying to make a booking. First occasion was when I was trying to make a group booking for my 40th birthday party and was basically told that they could fill the place without my booking. Just recently, I tried to book using our Hi-Life card and was told I couldn't use it on Sundays and that they required 24hrs notice. Neither terms were listed in the directory, and further investigation revealed that Hi-Life had withdrawn the restaurant from their directory. Presumably because of that kind of attitude. Great food, but beware.....

Service was the worst we have ever encountered we frequently eat out- would not recomend this establishment. Senior staff rude.
