Very poor service. Joseph Seibel shoes I bought developed a fault shortly afterwards (they leak like a sieve in slightly rainy weather). Coppers only response was to say they weren't waterproof and they flatly refused to contact their wholesaler or the manufacturer with this problem.
This shoeshop is to be avoided for indifferent aftercare.
