Simply lovely, fresh fruit and so clean. We usually stay in the middle of the village because of the sea views but we had a room here with a perfect sea view at half the cost we usually pay. Excellent kind hosts.very classy place.

Absolute gem of a place.....small rooms but beautiful and clean. I could not stay in a nearby restaurant with rooms and glad I couldn't as this was half the price and better.I understand that they will soon have private parking and that will be the icing on the cake. I enjoyed the antiques and ticking grandfather clock........exceptional value. The best breakfast that I have eaten in Mumbles.

Absolutely faultless, charming hosts and beautiful clean rooms. My bedroom was small ish but everything was there and the shower was wonderful. It was great value for money and the owners mary and Lin went out of their way to help my wife and I. My wife is partially sighted and therefore the ground floor room made everything easy for her.

Spent a few days in the Tides Reach and must say ,from the rooms to the breakfasts it is top quality. It is more like staying with favourite relatives than a guest house, nothing is too much trouble. Many thanks to you both. We will definitely be back. Greg
