I cannot praise the hotel, the staff, the dinner or the breakfast highly enough. Sitting in the garden with a drink before dinner, a series of delicious dishes, a wonderful breakfast - fresh strawberries, raspberries, really good bacon. The Assistant Manager was polite and friendlym, not the 'plastic' friendliness you get in chain hotels. The food was local and really well-thought out. I also really liked the use of fairtrade coffe/tea etc in the rooms and the bottled water raising funds for water projects in Africa. I cannot wait to go back.

yes indeed we did stay at the Priory Hotel. It was for a wedding and the food and the people who run it were amazing!
