Good Points: Everything very good.
Bad Points: Having to pay a deposit have n't had to do this in any other London hotel.
General review: Super.

Not staying here again. These no-smoking policies are ridiculous. Getting to the point where the UK is to be avoided. There are so many petty rules and regulations it's like being back in school again.

Good Points: Re moved-to hotel: Comfortable and clean. Good service.
Bad Points: Being told at reception that they had no rooms for us and were being moved to another hotel.
Now have no idea whether we have been charged for 2 rooms instead of 1.
General review: Would not wish to book again if the booked hotel cannot guarantee rooms. Being in a rush, having got stuck in traffic en-route, the last thing we wanted was to be shunted from one hotel to another.

Good Points: The staff were conisderate and willing to help in anyway. The hotel has excelent parking and is an easy journey to the town with all amenities.
