Bad Points: 1. I was told my reservation had not been made even though it had been booked; my full name was used, but the staff could neither find it on their lists nor were able to differentiate between the surname and first name.
2. I had to wait 20 minutes on a quiet evening in the Restaurant before my order was taken.
3. Even though the Company credit card details had been provided, the staff were not made aware of it and sort therefore to charge me direct.
4. The bill was incorrect; I was charged for breakfast even though I was paying a fully inclusive rate, but not charged for the dinner.
5. I had to wait at Reception whilst the staff struggled to resolve the problem was simultaneously booking out others. This made me late for my appointment.
General review: Not one I would wish to repeat
