mrs susan m bateman writes "i have been attending hornsea festival for quite some years now entering both pupils and my own children. we have all enjoyed coming to hornsea in the summer to play our music and find it the most friendliest place to be. it is truly a festival and we have such good fun.everyone is always made more than welcome.the children have entered for piano, singing, strings brass and my won children have always entered for the family ensemble and just grown in ability over the years. the festival has certainly helped them to progress in their music and given them all such confidence to perform in front of an audience. if you are thinking of entering, then go for it and enjoy every minute. thank you to all the committee who have been such a pleasure to be with over the years"
