We booked a table for 12 which ended up being 10 due to the wonderful flu going around at the moment, we arrived and had to wait 45 minutes for our table, we then got shown to our table which would only seat 8!! after a very rude look and alot of muttering they found another table and 2 seats for us, the meal was lovely we all enjoyed everything we ate, apart from the fruit salad which was 2 grapes in a bowl of orange juice!!! we then asked for the bill before the clock struck 12pm, only to find that without anything being said we were charged 10% service charge (no mention on the advertisement for New Years eve meal or on the menu!!) all I wondered was what service?? we Never got asked if we needed more drinks nor if the meal was ok, no real tableware just cutlery rolled in a napkin, 10 people had a wonderful meal but having to pay out money for a service charge 10 people will not return, surley it is up to the individual interpretation of the meal on how much tip you will leave, all in all you can have a nice meal but expect to pay 10% more for what you eat...........one VERY EXPENSIVE evening had by all!!!!

We waited for almost an hour for our meals, my Dad's salmon in a white wine sauce was actually not with a sauce, just cooked in white wine (poor wording on the menu). Our meals were delivered one-by-one with other tables being served in between. There was absolutely no fish in my Mum's batter and she sent it back to the kitchen. We waited for a replacement and spoke to a waitress after another 25 minutes. She said the kitchen was shut and they'd taken the Cod off of the bill. We weren't even told my Mum would have to go hungry. Terrible service and bad food.
