I'm beginning to think that Chelmsford store must be a poor relation. How shabby Cafe Revive looks and the Ladies toilets are in dire need of an update, they smell! Having said this, the staff are helpful and pleasant.
I buy most of my clothes in M & S , as does my husband.
Please cheer up Chelsford soon.
