Good Points: The room was very well presented and we had a nice view of the hills from our window. Bad Points: Lack of parking near the hotel although there was plenty of parking along the seafront.

Unfortunately my friend and I were only in Llandudno for one night but I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The service was excellent and the hotel very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was superb and plentiful. All in all, great value for money.

Good Points: convenient location, nice external appearance, very attractive outside garden area, attractive dining area, staff very pleasant and helpful, hotel and rooms seemed clean and well maintained, felt cost was reasonable Bad Points: room was fairly small, no really comfortable seating, mattress not very comfortable (we flipped it and that helped), very small car park was hard to negotiate, no direct access to hotel from car park General Review: Overall, thought accomodation was fine. Thought representation presented on Active Hotels website was accurate so I was prepared for most of the issues noted above. See above for review

The hotel was immaculate and we were made very welcome. Both of us have Multiple Sclerosis and we had help with carrying bags, and all we can say is thank you so very much for making our stay most enjoyable. The room was perfect. I can recommend this hotel to anyone and we loved it so much we are returning again this September in 3 weeks time.
