. I agree with the other post that felt that the Crab and Lobster is more about making money than returning customers.

Disappointing - Nice enough room, but bathroom small and not to the same standard as the room - not even a proper shower.
Restaurant food fine, if a little overpriced and definitely overcrowded!
We had a minor dispute with the management over having to pay for a night we didn't stay - they have a weekend policy that wasn't well communicated - no reply, let alone explanation.
I came away with the feeling that this place is more about raising revenue than returning clients.

Visited this lovely old pub on many occasions.
Now been MODERNISED as a very expensive restaurant. £9.50 for a ham sandwich!
