With the best will in the world towards the Sutton Arms, I think you mean the Vincent Arms in both reviews above.

One of the best pubs in this part of Yorkshire but be warned you have to book, don't just turn up or you may be disappointed. Food is very good by pub standards and they clearly have a great relationship with their meat suppliers. Another highlight is the excellent real ale on offer, not much variety but quality and conditioning top-notch. They standardise on Fullers, London Pride and sometimes Chiswick, these are both great beers and rarely seeen north of Watford. Best dish (in my view) is the Fillet with pepper sauce. My wife loves the fresh fish which varies.

Had a party for 23 at the Sutton Arms yesterday. Can recommend it 110% - the food, the atmosphere and the service absolutely first rate,, nothing too much trouble. Very welcoming, had only positive comments from my guests. Thanks to Andy and Julie for all their hard work.
