Good Points: All the staff, at all levels were pleasant,helpful and smartly turned out - The chef must be especially congratulated on the quality of the food. The meals we had were some of the best we have ever had in any hotel.
General review: A very pleasant experiance

Good Points: Staff were polite - man at reception very nice when we booked in.
Bad Points: I thought the room was overpriced for £98 for one night. It was dated, and I hate having carpet in the bathroom as it seems terribly unhygenic. It was also slightly grotty in places (mould on the tiles in bathroom) albeit the room and bathroom were superficially clean. Bedding was a pain, and kept falling off in the middle of the night (slippery sheets!).
General review: I think the hotel needs to look at what other types of accommodation people can get for £98 per night - I have stayed in some lovely, much funkier or modern places for less in other seaside towns, such as Brighton and Eastbourne.

Good Points: cleaned every day, plenty of room in the room we stayed in,
Bad Points: poor shower,cold water tap leaking and safe not working and no one interested in sorting it out
General review: pleased to see the hotel has improved since our visit last year ( hopefully on the recomendations we made )

General Review: I stayed at this hotel while family went away as it was near to where i work.The hotel was very good and made me feel very welcome,Staff were very helpful and friendly.The restaurant food was excellent.

Good Points: Everything was just fine, the room, the meals, the bar and the staff.
General Review: The stay at the Arndale Court Hotel was ideally suited for my wife and I as we have personal ties with Poole. We found the hotel ideally situated and it met all of our needs. We will not hesitate to use the Arndale Court Hotel when we visit Poole again. Thank you.

Good Points: Overall the hotel and our room were clean and tastfully decorated. The room was warm and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming. We enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant and found the service very good. Breakfast was served promptly and we found it to be tasty and hot.
Bad Points: We found getting the water hot to have a shower an ordeal so gave up and had a bath instead. Also I found the mattress in my room a little hard and so did not sleep as well as I hoped. With our room being at the bottom of the stairs you could hear people going up and down but with the hotel being fairly quiet it did not cause a problem.
General Review: Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. We found the staff to be pleasant and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable except for the mattress which I personally found to be a bit firm. Our evening meal was very enjoyable and well prepared but I did think that the dessert menu lacked choice and this was disappointing. Breakfast was served promptly and was hot and tasty. We did have a problem finding the hotel carpark and I think that a few more signs to direct you would be helpful. We have stayed at the Arndale before and will again if we are in the area.

This was one of the most pleasant stays we have had in a hotel. The staff were friendly helpful and always on top of things. The food and service were Excellent,especially the evening meal which was first class and we enjoyed great value for our money. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for a great time
