For attention General Manager. Dear Sir, Cider has been a regular item in my weekly shopping visit at your store. When I say cider I mean real Cider, such as Thatchers, as that is my husbands choice and as a Devonian of quite some vintage, he only wants real cider. However it would seem you no longer stock Thatchers or other real cider produce so it weould seem we shall have to look elsewhere for his favourite tipple. I know that there are some very good classic ciders on your shelves, but as an OAP, he cannot afford that every day. I do hope others have told you of their dissappointment regarding you cider stocks and that you will give some consideration to our request to bring back good old real ciders.

I am very upset as 3 times I have made a complaint that the staff members are coming from the fish counter WITHOUT washing their hands, and serving my meat. I have complained at the customer service desk, they wrote a complaint form I was promised a reply within 2 weeks, that was a few days before 19 September //just before we went away on holiday I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY. Dont YOU think this is very rude ? Why dont you train YOUR staff basic hygiene. I am so disgusted that I have not had a reply that I am seriously considering taking this matter to the Environmental Health department. Even when we are away, we always shop at Tesco, but your store is the most unhygienic place I have ever shopped at. I have had several cross words with the meat counter staff because of their lack of basic hygiene. M Phillips
