Our experience at the Redbrick House Hotel was the complete opposite to those already mentioned. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. We were attending a family wedding in the area and as we would be returning after midnight were given a key to gain entry to the hotel. The rooms, we booked three rooms in the hotel, were clean and attractively decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I'd happily recommend it to friends and look forward to going back.
