i would like to complain at the way i was told about heath and safety in your tipree store this afternoon at about3.3./3.45!!!!!!!
my son has learning difficulties and requested to sit in the trolly we had(of which he has done on many occasion, with no comment from staff)
once in the trolly my son sits still uutill he wants to come out/i have controll all the time and is in no danger to anyone!
today was different/my son gave the request ,as i was going to let himSIT in the trolly/a lady member of staff who was filling up milk at the above time/called over in a loud voice that NO CHILDREN SHOULD BE IN THE TROLLY ,due to health and saftey(they have she said had a lot of accidents due to this!!
i took my son out and commented that he had sat in the trolly on many times before /no one had commented before!
i continued shopping/
the female member of staff seemed to storm of and about 5mins later a loud speaker said what i had just been told about heath and saftey!!
the lady knew i was still in the store ,as i could see her at customer service
i left your store totally angry at the fact that this member of staff had mad this announcement
the store was busy and other customers had heard this loud comment to me/they had commented that it was totally rude!!
if the store is that up on heath and saftey/THEN i think they should loook at when they announce a rumble in an ailes!
if you go down this way the staff are NOT working but complaining about other staff /they dont like to be moved and they have 2/3 cages which are a heath and saftey hazzerd when the store is open!!
if the store wants the public to know this health and saftey rule/it should be clear to read as i am not a mind reader!
i feel i am due an apology /as the member of staff knew i was still in the store /i had acted on the warning in a polite way
BUT the lady staff had acted in an angry attack at me with her authority!!
if i do not come into your store again your proffts will not suffer!!
i feel i have been attacked by one of your staff in a verbal way!!!!!!
i would you to reply to this /if you value your customers loyalty i can expect an apology!!!

Please can you pass this to the manager of your Tiptree Branch (I have been unable to find a direct contact address.)
I today visited your store and entered your site from Hutchin close footpath, I noted that your neighbours (Swan Housing) yet again have rubbish sacks outside their bin store, the rubbish has been there for at least two weeks! I noted that there were RATS in the rubbish, I must admit that there were only two that I spotted. I ask are you tyaking any action with Swan Housing to resolve this situation as given that you are a food store rats are not going to help your situation.
As this address is for reviews of your store may I add that I normally use the tills on the tobacco/customer services area. Three of your staff in this area give excellent service and are a credit to you, these staff are Dawn, Cindy and Leoni, 11 out of 10 for all three for their service.
