Why is there never any small trolleys near the store? I often have to look in the trolley parks around the car park. I am only 4'8" and can not deal with a large trolley. I often end up getting a basket and just the important bits of my shop because with a bad wrist can not carry too much, certain not bottles of soft drinks etc.,
This has been an on going problem for months.

I am writing to you to ask that you really look at your mother and toddler parking. Every time i go shoppint dosnt matter which tesco there are always people who dont have kids parking in them.they are plain lazy because they dont want to walk a little further. parents like me need that extra space to get our kids out the CAR AND INTO PRAM / PUSHCHAIR. its getting ridiculous, i might as well start parking in the disabled because the signs obviously dont mean anything at all! you need to have a car parking attendant monitoring this to move these lazy people out of our child spaces. why should we have to suffer, everytime i have complained instore nothing gets done. all tesco staff are rude and have attitude problems. you should really review your policys and customer care! i hope something will be done about this, i know alot of mothers i have spoke too are saying the same and they are fed up too
