Good Points: Breakfast excellent.
Staff friendly and obliging
comfy bed
Bad Points: needed a comfy chair and table to write on
felt room needed decoration. Looked a bit down at heel
General review: I like staying here and would stay again. Would prefer en suite. Lovely setting opposite the Minster

Good Points: Ease of access, friendliness of staff who seemed accustomed to visiting long distance walkers!
Bad Points: Lack of toiletries - but it was inexpensive.
General Review: A good central venue for Howden with very friendly helpful staff and very quiet considering it is also an active pub. Breakfast from dead early is good for TPT cyclists and walkers.
