dreadful service, dreadful staff, dirty shop, sticking with sainsburys

Overall Tesco appears to be a very impressive organisation. Healthy option, organic and fair trade products abound. They have clear signs for seasonal vegetables and special offers and extra club points for using your own bags. I understand that Tesco is very pro-active in being customer sensitive so I am surprised that the workers at this branch appear so poorly motivated and that this store looks so poorly maintained. I can’t help but wonder what has gone wrong.
