I was most distressed to learn of my elderly Mother's ordeal at your store today as a completly honest customer to have been stoped due to your alarm and being treated so badly when no evidence was assured establishling these items not sold in your store,your atitude was not acceptable in view of the embarassement created my Mother being carer for my very ill father does not need this treatment please make proper apology to my e-mail tonyg.taft@ntlworld.com I will send a copy to head office.
