Very welcoming and helpful staff.
Comfortable seating and gardens.
Great prawn open sandwich with all the trimmings.
Will return again and again.

PS The views from the dinning room are just great.
So any time of the year would be fine.
And you have the added attraction of a walk along the Prom before or after your meal.
PPS parking is free ether in their car park or on the Lees.

Fantastic venue, great food and good friendly atmosphere, the owner does'nt like children running around (fair in my book) not overly priced (Stella was 2.80) clean and tidy, well looked after pub, will definatly be revisiting next time i am in the area

Very unfriendly. Very unwelcoming. Very choosy about who they serve and allow into the place. We at least had free use of the loos.
