Please pass on my thanks to a member of your staff Moira Magee who is on your switchboard. I had cause to contact your store last Saturday trying to locate a particular item of ladies knit wear. Her customer service skills were excellent and she went well beyond the call of duty in her efforts to obtain the item. She not only contacted other stores but also posted it to me in the West Midlands so that I received it on the Monday. She is a most impressive member of staff.
