A warm welcome awaits anyone who enters this establishment. I was greeted by Maria, one of the owners, (the others being John and Jack), with a welcome that was both friendly and hospitable. An old Coaching Inn dating back to the 18 Century, close to the old Railway Station at the South end of Holbeach. The Ales and Lagers are kept to the highest standards, and the perfect temperature. The drinks that I had were clean and crisp tasting and served with the excellent company of the owners and locals alike. The atmosphere in this pub was one of friendship and harmony, as the locals of all ages seem to mix together and enjoy each others company. I stayed for Lunch on Sunday and must say that it was well presented, tasty and very filling. I must complement the chef on a very enjoyable meal. Thanks again to Maria, John and Jack for a very enjoyable experience. Peter Stokel
