I would just like to say a thank you for the service we received on the visit on 29/03/2009.Your staff although under pressure were very professional.None of them although being harrased by irate customers retallating.As for the customers some who very bad mannered and they will know who they are if they read this.Thay set a very bad example to the younger people in the room so bad in fact my two grandchildren who were with me were appalled and commented they were glad me and their grandmother had better manners.I replied that that was why they were so well mannered.
