We booked a table for 4 at 7pm. We were staying at a lovely caravan site at Sutton Howgrave and the farmer recommended this pub. Well it was a great choice. The menu was appetitising and 3 of us had breast of duck and I ordered Lamb Henry! Fabulous cooked vegetables cauli broccoli new pototoes carrots and beautifully roast wedges! We were to say the least well pleased with our meals at an excellent price. We were tempted at the sweets but too full only to finish with tea and coffee. Please give this local village pub a try. Friendly staff and great service! We will be back!
