Very very disappointed with M & S tonight! I checked on the internet for the opening hours for the Nottingham City Centre store at 7pm this evening, read that the store was open until 9pm so went to fetch my elderly aunt to bring her down and we were going to place our christmas food order. When we arrived at 7.30 the store was closed! Couldn't believe it and was very annoyed as an assistant told us they were closing early as there was to be a sale the next day. This is not good customer service at all! I am a very customer to M & S but unfortunately I am losing faith.

Two months agoI purchased from your Nottinham branch a pair or Jeans (Stone) which to take on holiday with me in July.I wore them while in Cornwall later to discover that one of the pockets had a large hole ( the stiching around the pocket had not been finished properly )In the pocket I had £5 and some change which had disapeared.Fortunatly I had not put my wallet in!The day in question was a very wet day and was more concerned with keeping dry to have noticed that I was loosing my money. As I had only taken another pair of trousers I brought a needle an thread and did a podge repair. I would have brought them back to your store but having no reciepts and self repairing the pocket I decided not too.I have been a customer of M&S for 60years or more and have never had cause for complaint.I hope this will be the last time.
