good hotel,staff could not be more helpful.we arrived from teesside at 8.30,"13hours"staff stayed behind to serve us.brilliant.we had a5day break with national,the rooms were small but nice.the food was excellent and hot,"unless you had the salad".great position,virtualy a flat walk to the town,park, and the zoo. very good for people with disibilities.we would definetly go again.
