Oh dear,we were so dissapointed, not with the meal, weve been many times, and found the meals are fine, but this time what a disaster, the reception was promt, the service at the carvery was pleasant, but oh dear the sevice after the meal left a lot to be desired, unless you were in a "Birthday -Party" you may have been noticed? After having enjoyed the meal we sat & waited for the plates to be cleared, eventually they were cleared, without a word being spoken, we were waiting to give an order for our dessert After waiting for someone for well over 15mins we deceided to leave. This is no way to run the business of giving satisfaction, there were at least 5 other tables that was occupied, and if this was the kind of "Service"that we were offered, then I am afraid a little more staff training be given.?? We may be trying other venues that would appreciate our custom in future. Mr R.Taylor.
