Despite this being the first day of sales after Christmas my wife was attended by a lady assistant (in the ladies underwear department) who was obviously very much aware of her stock and was extremely well informed on fitting and wearing. Not only did the lady assistant attend to my wife in a very professional manner, but whilst we were still looking around the department I was aware of her treating other customers with the same courtesy and consideration. Unforyunately I did not obtain her name but I am sure she would remember serving the lady from Tenerife who had never recieved such good advice. Our thanks to her and hopefully we will return to see her in the next year for further advice.
