An absolute disastrous stay. The hotel had no record of my booking, then I couldn't get an outside line from my room and they claimed their 'phone system was out of order, then I was told they didn't serve food on a Sunday evening, despite advertising on their website that they served food from 12 noon until 10pm seven days a week. When I got back from eating out, I was locked out, and no-one was at reception or answering the 'phone. I had to force the door to get back in. Then no-one was available to serve me breakfast the next morning, and there was no-one at reception to settle the bill with. A complete lack of customer service!
