my nanna tried to get a taxi from kenton in newcastle to fenham in newcastle.but this was refused bye newlam taxi as this fare was not over £10 and the taxi drivers would have gone mad.due to this refusal my nanna had to go for the bus in the extreme wind we just had and got blow over and broke her hip split her head.my nanna is 75 years old and depends on taxi to get about.i phoned the boss of newlem taxi and was told that he could do nothing as he did'nt want the driver to go mad at him.this is the customer service we got from newlem's boss.
all our family and friend use this taxi company on a daily basis i would advised anybody not to use this company.
