Good Points: excellent breakfast (particularly in comparison with the last 2-3 hotels I visited in London in the last 4 months); bathroom quite recently refurbished; very close to tube station Bad Points: small small room; TV remote control not working; lamp beside my bed not working; stairs between first and second floor leaning on the outer side; very narrow sash window's opening

What a wonderful hotel. Was made to feel very welcome and the standard of attention to our needs and their hospitality was 1st class. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely stay there again.
