Just wanted to say this was a fantastic event, brilliant day out for all the VW lovers, more and more turning up each year!
Hopefully there will be camping next year it was brilliant this time round!

my first visit to the volksdevil annual gathering show and what a day, a brilliant mix of all volkswagen, audi and all other VAG cars mixed into together makes for a brilliant experience and a brilliant day out even for families. and by the sounds of things its only going to get even better next year

The Volksdevil Annual Gathering (VAG for them that know! ;-> ) was ace this year; lots of awesome modified VW and other VAG motors, a nice relaxed and all inclusive atmosphere and a chance to meet some old (and new) mates for a chat and mutual admiration of VeeDubs.
Probably the most friendly of the forums, this show is a cool place to be where all cars (mine certainly wasn't the most outrageous there) are appreciated and accepted for what they are.
Sorry I can't come next year!

A volkswagen audi car show thats a little bit different. Great atmosphere, laid back and friendly. All the volkswagen audi (vag) cars parked together, so it felt like there was no hierarchy as far as how much money had been spent on your car. vag 2009 promises the same again and much more...

Well another year and another resounding success! this years event was bigger and better and the weather even stayed dry for the majority of the day. With 300 cars this year , the VAG gathering held at Leighton hall grows bigger each time. Into its second year this exclusive event features cars from all walks of life , from the out and out pristine cars to the standard and not so shiny, this is the event that caters for them all.
Both Air cooled and water cooled assembled together under one name VAG, the gathering.With the beautiful backdrop of Leighton hall set in 80 acres of land, this has to be the best location for any car event. The uniqueness about this event that sets it apart from any other VW show was that all the cars were on display , none were confined to car parks away from the main arena. Young and old were seen mingling and chatting and generally enjoying the great atmosphere that this gathering always brings, this year with the added bonus that the rain held off for the most part of the day.
In summary, a great location with a fantastic feel to it. As the motto of the forum says " be a big part of the community, not a small part of the scene
