I have lived in leeds all my life and have shopped at Marks & Spencers for many years.I have bought clothes, changed holiday money, and used your cafe regularly.I have now stopped going in your Leeds store because of how uncomfortable your security staff have made me .I have been followed around the stall several times and followed to the exit twice. Unfortunally i have had to leave work because of health reasons (neck). My last job was with a well known firm where i had to have a full police security check to be employed by them.I always liked going in the Leeds store but i now shop elsewhere and i go in Debenhams cafe now .

Can we please have the payment of accounts letter box restored on the ground floor, I spend up to £1000 per month with M&S and pay my account by having to trail up to the top floor at the Leeds Briggate store, I am aware that it could be a ploy to get you to shop whilst you are making the deposit.
I also note that when I visit the London stores the escalators allow you to go either up or down by just leaving one and turn into the other but in Leeds you have to go around all the stands to the opposite side.
Regards
