I was not surprised to read the bad review on the flower gallery.We chose them for our son's wedding and they were a complete disaster...late, couldn't find their way to venue (local), discourteous, flowers not as ordered and very poor quality, would not recommend them to anyone...ruined the day

We were not at all surprised by the bad review..We used the Flower Gallery for our son's wedding. Everything was a complete disaster...late for everything, couldn't find their way to the venue (Mottram Hall) then blamed us for not giving them directions although 12 months previously George told us he had a Sat Nav (as any PROFESSIONAL florist would have). A devastated bride ended up with no bouquet as it was nothing like she had ordered and very poor quality. They made a swift exit before the bride could check bouquets, just left them in a bucket of water. Took legal advice and offered to pay half costs(a very generous offer considering they had ruined the day) but they declined and took us to court. Needless to say we ended up paying less than we offered, but it was a very traumatic experience. We would not wish anyone to go through what we did so if you value your sanity.. STEER CLEAR!!

i was quite dismayed to read about a unsatisfied customer,with a complaint regaurding The Flower Gallery.I have always loved fresh flowers in my home,and at last i have managed to find a place where i can have awide varity and a colourful aray to choose from.The Flower Gallery has not onlydone my daughters wedding;but also a sad tmie of a funneral to of which i have had friendly,conciderate and most professional approach on all times,by the owners who i find most charmingat altimes
