I have been with ST Paul's practice for many years, and was also registered with them when they were Riverside Practice situated in the town centre. I have only ever received fantastic service from all staff. I never have any problems getting an appointment. I have had numerous and prompt callbacks in the past from the triage nurse or even a doctor. The surgery is a very pleasant, warm and comfortable building. The pharmacy is ideally located next door. All the doctors have always been pleasant, welcoming and helpful, especially Doctor Debbie White, who has helped me through some tough times. This is a wonderful practice and a credit to the NHS. Thank you to all concerned.

We moved to the area a few months ago. It has taken my girl friend 3 attempts for them to get her details correct. I contacted them today with a request for an urgent issue. I was not told to come in, but they would call me back. They did not say when. When I moved to the area, I went in as I had a numb toe. I was told, nothing we can do about this. That was it ! not, come back in a few months if the issue persists or have you tried x or y. Perhaps see a specialist - for which I would have been happy to pay for !! I think we are both going to move to the practice we used to be with "Friarsgate" - we only choose this due to it's geographic location.. Still waiting for them to call me ...
