Good Points: Good quality hotel/good accomodation and very friendly staff.
Bad Points: Would be nice if smoking rooms were available.

Good Points: Very nice setting, very nice building. Staff could not of been more frendly or helpful.
Bad Points: Could of done with a bit more privacy in the bathroom, no door, just a fly screen type curtain. There are times when you need a little more privacy!
General review: We had a very nice two nights at the Otterburn Hall Hotel. It really was a very nice hotel with very frendly staff. We had a jacuzzi room, the jacuzzi was excellent, very big and no shortage of hot water. The only draw back was that there was not door between the bathroom area and the bedroom area, just a flimsey fly screen type curtain. I would stay there again if I was in that area.
