Dear Sir, We visited your restaurant on Saturday evening - 25/9/10 and it was the most distressing experience. We had visited your North Finchley restaurant twice before and were pleased with the food and the service. However yesterday's visit was so terrible, we have vowed never to come to your restaurant again. We ordered drinks and then were not spoken to again for another 20 minutes, then our starter order was taken and the main courses. 5 of the 6 people at our table ordered Buffalo Steak and my son ordered a pizza. We had our starters after a 30 MINUTE wait and then we had to wait another 45 MINUTES for our main meal. The steaks were not cooked as we had specified and my son's pizza did not turn up at all. I was highly embarressed, as I had brought friends along, telling them how good the food was, but I was made out to be lying as the food and service were the worst I have ever experienced - ever. I am disappointed as we needed a good Italian restaurant in the area and I feel you have missed a wonderful opportunity. You did not seem to have any control over the matter, and were unaware of how many people were complaining to the waitresses. No one said sorry for the extended wait, or how poorly presented the food was, when it arrived on the table the food was cols, or in my other son's case raw. I also have to add the decoration in the restaurant is nice, but there were food splashes on the walls and the tiled picture of the man in the mask in really creepy! It is very off putting, but I suppose it is a traditional image, but not very well done. I hope you are able to organise the restaurant properly in the future, or you will not have a future in North Finchley. Sue Palmer
