We had a very nice stay, in a very relaxing atmosphere. Our room was cleaned everyday, the breakfast was excellent. We were made very welcome. Ideal location near the beach etc.
Would stay again.

Very disappointed with the room and not very clean , We left after one night. The beaches in Walton and Frinton were great.

We were welcomed and made to feel at home with no pressure on when we came and went. The bedroom was excellent and the breakfast superb. great location as well. Will definately visit again.
