Good Points: The Lion Inn was one of the highest quality places we stayed in the UK. Excellent attention to detail to make sure guests are comfortable and provided for. Suggestions on hikes, dining, and the Inn's restaurant - all made for a wonderful stay. And the location is delightful. General review: It is something of a drive to arrive at the Inn - the location is about 20 minutes away from Betwys-Y-Coed. But that is all to the good, as the village is not your typical tourist destination. The rooms have been renovated beautifully, with every accomodation. The Inn also serves dinner in the evening. The menu selection was good, the food reasonably priced, and the chef's skill excellent.
