Excellent stay with great service and staff around to help at every point. Service offered even before asked. The food is excellent, so you don't have to drive around to check who's serving what in this remote location. Kudos to the chef who is doing a wonderful job here. Great team effort and good training is what this place is all about. great log fire which keeps you warm and cosy all through out. This place is doing wonders and touching your heart in every possible way. Good job keep it up. we will recommend this hotel to everybody who what to experience true hospitality. Sam

I dont usually write reviews but I was so enraged after our experience here I just have to put others off staying there. We booked 3 beds online and payed a deposit. We tried to check into our room at 10am the day we arrived, but were told come back later rooms are being cleaned. So we went skiing for the day came back 4pm and told rooms still ebing cleaned. So we paid in full and they said they would come get us when room was ready, so go for a drink in the bar. 7pm rolled by and no one came for us. We went back to reception and found out they had sold our room. With no apologies from the manager/owner he said we could sleep on the floor in the living room for full price. He wouldnt even consider a discount. So we got our money back and left, missing out on the next days skiing. This is the worst run hotel I have ever stayed at and wouldnt recommend it for anyone.
