Good Points: Good value and quality for the price. Easy to find. Really helpful staff and great breakfast. Bad Points: Looks a bit run down from outside. If I hadn't booked I wouldn't have stayed. Pleasant surprise inside! General review: Great thanks.

Good Points: Open (stair-free) layout made room access easy; however, the hotel's layout is probably less convenient if the weather is bad. The parking was spacious and convenient to the room location. Rooms were clean, comfortable. Restaurant was bright and airy, with staff who were pleasant and helpful. Bad Points: None to speak of in our situation except that a booking error had been made. However, this worked to our advantage since we were 'upgraded' to a suite which was very well appointed. General review: See above. I had booked a double room but we were allocated a suite. This makes my response to this questionnaire biased to a degree. However, the others in our party very quite satisfied with their accommodation.
