Bad Points: Total disregard for our situation. Met in hotel's car park by a young man who told us we had to follow him in his car and go to the Annexe. In fact we were taken to another hotel. No explanation given-we weren't even told where we were (turned out to be Batley!!) When I insisted on an explanation as to why we werwe being reated this way, the lad said our room had been damaged the previous evening. {I later heard that the 'Annexe' hotel had been told they were over-booked.) Obviously there's a lie in there somewhere! We never saw the Manager, Receptionist to offer an explanation as to why we were not previously informed that our accredited booking had been unilaterally changed. General review: The whole experience was unpleasant, insulting and certainly no way to treat guests.
